Guangzhou Music Park

Guangzhou Music Park is a landmark urban music-themed public space integrating outdoor performances, cultural exhibitions, public leisure and immersive music experiences. Featuring open outdoor venues, scattered functional zones and diverse scene application demands, the park requires a stable, high-fidelity and full-coverage professional audio system to support daily public broadcasting, regular music performances, cultural activities and large-scale public events. To solve the acoustic challenges of open-air environments and meet multi-scenario audio needs, the park adopts a full-set LAX professional audio solution, building a high-standard, intelligent and durable sound reinforcement system for all-weather operation.

The park is an open-air music-themed public venue with scattered activity zones and complex outdoor acoustic conditions. During the design phase, engineers imported site terrain, venue dimensions and architectural boundaries into Sound Director to simulate sound pressure distribution, coverage uniformity, speech intelligibility and sound attenuation across all audience areas. Based on the simulation data, the team optimised the layout, mounting angles and aiming points of NGC12L speakers, eliminating acoustic dead zones in advance and balancing sound coverage for both performance stages and public leisure spaces.

With the validated simulation model, the LAX NGC12L system was precisely configured to meet multi-scenario demands: daily background music, public announcement, live band shows and large cultural events. The final on-site commissioning results matched the acoustic simulation predictions closely. The NGC12L units deliver consistent, high-fidelity sound across the park, while the outdoor-ready hardware withstands Guangzhou’s variable weather. Combined with intelligent zoned audio control, this integrated solution provides reliable, all-weather sound reinforcement for Guangzhou Music Park.
