The Challenge
The 60,000-seat open-air stadium features a large-span space, bringing three core acoustic challenges: outdoor weather and ambient noise lead to sound attenuation, uneven sound coverage and acoustic blind spots; traditional sound systems cannot meet differentiated acoustic needs for sports events, performances and ceremonies; conventional audio devices face latency, interference and signal failure risks during high-load large-scale events.
The LAX Solution
LAX delivered a customized digital sound reinforcement solution for full coverage, high sound quality, multi-scenario adaptation and fault-free operation. Over 300 professional speakers, combining main line array and supplementary point-source units, are precisely arranged to eliminate dead zones and achieve uniform full-venue sound distribution.
Adopting a Dante full-digital network, the system ensures ultra-low latency and redundant, stable signal transmission against outdoor interference. It supports intelligent one-click scene switching for fast parameter adaptation to various events. All outdoor-grade equipment features wind, rain and electromagnetic interference resistance, fitting complex open-air venue conditions
The Result
The system fully resolves the venue’s acoustic problems, delivering clear, uniform, blind-spot-free sound that meets national top-tier venue standards.
