HKUST (Guangzhou) Council Meeting Room

The school's council meeting room, as an important venue for daily meeting work, needs to be upgraded to a high-quality, multi-functional meeting environment to meet the requirements of important on-site meetings and video conferences.

Council meeting room upgrade and renovation needs:

Public Address System: Optimizes the sound system to improve the stability and sound quality of conference audio.

Video System: Upgrades camera display to 4K, supports automatic camera tracking and focus, and enables the creation of video matrix systems and remote video conferencing systems.

Conference System: Adopts a paperless conference system and conference recording system, supports video tracking of speakers, supports domestic software and hardware, and supports conference expansion

After receiving the rectification requirements for this project, the LAX technical team conducted on-site surveys and calculated the acoustic venue coefficients to create a comprehensive design, resulting in a high-quality upgrade and renovation solution that integrates a sound reinforcement system, display system, conference system, and centralized control system.

The sound reinforcement system uses a stereo layout and wiring; line array speakers are used as the main and auxiliary speakers; a coaxial ceiling is added to the atrium to enhance speech intelligibility; adaptive feedback suppression is added to reduce howling; and a fully digital system architecture is adopted, consisting of a digital conference system, a digital mixing console, a digital processor, and a digital amplifier, ensuring noise-free, high-fidelity transmission.
